When purchasing a Pincarnie Photography Session you must understand and agree to the following;

12/11/2014 - INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK COMPETIION
For your entry to be successful you must repost the image; tag @pincarniephotograhy and #winwithpincarnie
When reposting the images you must ensure that your profile is not private otherwise we can not see your post. The winner will be selected at random choice and will win a 1 hour session (Excluding Newborn Photography) The give away is open to Western Australian residents only.
The session must take place within a 15km radius of the CBD and be used by 15/12/2014.
no cancellations or reschedules to be made unless under severe certain circumstances.
The winner may transfer the session to a friend or family member if they are unable to use the session themselves.
Pincarnie Photography excepts no liability for any injuries that may be sustained during the photography session but will carry out duty of care to those using the services.
Your images will be posted on the blog and on any other media sights under Pincarnie Photography unless specified in writing (email accepted)
Web images are not to be used for competitions, as the rights belong to Pincarnie Photography you MUST contact Samara if you wish to use the files for this reason.
Your preview images will be provided to you within 2 weeks of your session. If you would like changes to be made to any of the images, you must notify Samara within 48 hours. The minimum changes will be made at no cost and another preview will be supplied to you. If images are then to be changed again additional charges may apply.
Previews will expire within 2 weeks of receiving your link. Please ensure that you send your order within this 2 week period.
